Hon. Engr. Ogbonna Abarikwu has been officially appointed as the Abia State Coordinator of the Kwankwaso National Network (KNN), a strategic political movement supporting the presidential ambition of Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The appointment, dated July 27, 2026, recognizes Engr. Abarikwu’s dedication, leadership capacity, and commitment to advancing the vision and objectives of the Kwankwaso National Network. As State Coordinator, he is expected to spearhead grassroots mobilization across Abia State by organizing rallies, town hall meetings, and community engagement initiatives aimed at expanding the network’s reach and strengthening public participation.
The role also places responsibility on him to implement KNN’s strategic plans, coordinate activities across the state, and provide regular progress reports to the Southeast Zonal and National leadership. The appointment underscores the importance of professionalism, integrity, and voluntary service in building a vibrant political movement focused on inclusive governance and national development.
Reacting to his appointment, Hon. Engr. Abarikwu expressed gratitude to the leadership of KNN Southeast, particularly the Southeast leader, Dr. Ukpai, for finding him worthy to serve.
